Setup server monitoring
We unexpectedly ran out of disk space, causing Elasticsearch to stop indexing (see #79 (closed)). We should avoid this in the future!
- Monitor system resources like disk space
- Monitor application errors, like when Elasticsearch reports that it's having problems
- Document how to monitor
- Document how to respond
