LibreOffice issue?

We have this in the logs on ca.meet.coop:

/var/log/bigbluebutton/bbb-web.log:2020-06-08T00:46:05.198Z ERROR o.j.local.office.VerboseProcess - (process:183628): dconf-CRITICAL **: unable to create directory '/home/bigbluebutton/.cache/dconf'
: Permission denied.  dconf will not work properly.

I did try manually creating the directory yesterday but it doesn't appears to have helped:

ls -lah /home/bigbluebutton/.cache/dconf
total 12K
drwxr-xr-x 2 bigbluebutton bigbluebutton 4.0K Jun  8 00:48 .
drwxr-xr-x 4 bigbluebutton bigbluebutton 4.0K Jun  8 00:48 ..
