Remove image/colour changes

We wanted to customise this and introduced variables and commits to allow to customise via environment variables but as it turns out, it is only possible via the adminstration admin now (see https://github.com/bigbluebutton/greenlight/issues/1821#issuecomment-647541006). Hence, we need to clean this up now.
